Zhejiang TITAN Design& Engineering CO., Ltd used to be Zhejiang Petrochemical Engineering Design Institute, was founded in 1958. In 2002.

Zhejiang Tianzheng Design Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianzheng Design) traces its origin to Zhejiang Provincial Petrochemical Design Institute founded in 1958. It underwent comprehensive restructuring in 2002. As a technology?driven science?and?technology enterprise, its business covers four major sectors: engineering technology development, engineering design and consultation, engineering general contracting, and engineering supervision.

With a workforce of over 600 employees, more than 95% of whom are professional and technical personnel, Tianzheng Design boasts two National Master Designers in Petroleum and Chemical Engineering and two Master Designers in Pharmaceutical Engineering. Its talent pool includes over 230 senior and professor-level senior engineers, and nearly 200 certified engineers across various national disciplines. The company operates more than 20 specialized departments, covering process engineering, piping, equipment, civil engineering, instrumentation and electrical engineering, digital intelligence, utilities, project management, procurement, cost estimation, and construction management.

 

Tiantzheng Design holds a full array of qualifications including Class?A design licenses for Chemical, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, Light Textile Industry (Food, Fermentation and Tobacco Engineering), and Construction Industry (Building Engineering); Class?B design licenses for Commercial, Material and Grain Industry, Municipal Industry (Drainage, Urban Gas, Thermal Power, Environmental Sanitation Engineering), Environmental Engineering (Water Pollution Prevention & Control Engineering), and Light Textile Industry (Chemical Fiber Engineering). It also possesses Zhejiang?provincial special design service capability and EPC service evaluation certificates for environmental pollution prevention projects (Class?A for water pollution control and solid?waste disposal). In terms of engineering consulting, the company boasts Class?A credit rating for chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical engineering, as well as Class?B credit rating for construction engineering.Additional special qualifications cover A1, A2 and A3 pressure?vessel design, together with GA2, GB, GC and GCD pressure?pipeline design. Its business spans chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, storage?transportation, logistics, light?industry, gas, environmental?engineering, industrial and civil construction sectors. Services extend across all 32 provincial?level administrative regions of China, and over 20 countries in Europe, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia and beyond.
